Revenue collected Rs 43.54 billion in 10 months, record break in April

Kathmandu. In the last 10 months, Rs 43.5billion has been collected from real estate transactions. In the current fiscal year, Rs43.54 billion has been collected from real estate transactions from mid-July to mid-April of the current fiscal year.

According to the Department of Land Management and Records, a total of Rs 6..873 billion has been collected in the month of Baisakh, according to the Department of Land Management and Records.This is the highest since July.

According to the department, there were 1,69,538 real estate transactions in April. That’s less than in March. In the month of March, there were 1,76,771 real estate transactions. During this period, the highest revenue has been collected by the land revenue offices of Kathmandu Valley.

Dilli Bazaar Land Revenue Office collected Rs 59.91 crore 25,894, Lagankhel Office Rs 52.96 crore 77,192, Bhaktapur office Rs 47,14,19,451, Chabahil office Rs 42,65,10,111 and Kalanki office Rs 41,99,32,082 in the review period.Archived.
