Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has urged industrialists and businessmen not to panic. During a meeting with representatives of the private sector , he said the government’s aim was not to discourage the private sector but to reform the policy. 

He also urged the industrialists } to support the government’s good governance campaign.He said that the government wants to move ahead by collaborating with the industrialists

Lamichhane also said that the state will strictly monitor the activities that weaken the economy.Lamichhane said that the government is well aware of the incidents in which businessmen were under pressure from various power centers due to political instability and environment in the past. 

However, Lamichhane has said that the government will protect the industrialists and urged them to be assured that such a situation will not be repeated.
