Tomato is being sold at Rs 65 per kg, what is the price of onion and garlic?

Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale price of agricultural products for Sunday.

According to the committee, tomato big (Indian) has been sold at Rs 90 per kg, tomato small (local) at Rs 65 per kg, tomato small (Indian) at Rs 65 per kg, tomato small (Terai) at Rs 60 per kg, tomato small (tunnel) at Rs 78 per kg, potato red (long) at Rs 28 per kg, potato red (round) at Rs 23 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 27 per kg and onion dried (Indian) at Rs 38 per kg.

Similarly, carrot (local) has been reduced to Rs 60 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 40 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 60 per kg, white radish (hybrid) at Rs 20 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 60 per kg and brinjal dal at Rs 70 per kg.

Similarly, beans (stems) Rs 80 per kg, maize beans Rs 100 per kg, ghee beans (local) Rs 95 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) Rs 90 per kg, ghee beans (rajma) Rs 100 per kg, soybean beans Rs 140 per kg, bitter gourd Rs 80 per kg, gourd Rs 60 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 60 per kg, Chichindo Rs 50 per kg. Likewise, the price of cucumber has been fixed at Rs 60 per kg, cucumber at Rs 90 per kg, ripe farsi at Rs 60 per kg, green farsi (lambho) at Rs 40 per kg, green farsi (dallo) at Rs 40 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 75 per kg, okra at Rs 60 per kg and pindalu at Rs 50 per kg.

Similarly, mustard has been fixed at Rs 100 per kg, spinach at Rs 120 per kg, mustard at Rs 40 per kg, Chamsur greens at Rs 140 per kg, green onion at Rs 150 per kg, mushroom at Rs 160 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 350 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 320 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.

Cucumber is sold at Rs 350 per kg, broccoli at Rs 120 per kg, beetroot at Rs 65 per kg, niguro at Rs 70 per kg, red cabbage at Rs 60 per kg, Sajeevan at Rs 120 per kg, cumin greens at Rs 110 per kg, parsley at Rs 280 per kg, celery at Rs 120 per kg, fennel greens at Rs 120 per kg, mint at Rs 100 per kg, ganteradish at Rs 60 per kg, tamarind at Rs 180 per kg and copper at Rs 150 per kg. The price of tofu has been fixed at Rs 150 per kg and gundruk at Rs 300 per kg.

Apple (bag) Rs 250 per kg, apple (Fuji) Rs 300 per kg, lemon Rs 280 per kg, banana (Malbhog) Rs 220, banana (Nepali) Rs 200, pomegranate Rs 500 per kg, grapes (green) Rs 300 per kg, grapes (black) Rs 450 per kg, watermelon green Rs 45 per kg, pineapple Rs 250 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 60 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 25 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 25 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 50 per kg. Similarly, pear (Chinese) has been fixed at Rs 250 per kg, papaya (Nepali) at Rs 80 per kg, dry fruits (Indian) at Rs 90 per kg and avocado at Rs 800 per kg.

Similarly, coconut (green) Rs 160 per kg, ginger Rs 170 per kg, dried chilli Rs 450 per kg, chilli green (lamcho) Rs 100 per kg, chilli green (bullet) Rs 100 per kg, fish chilli Rs 60 per kg, Akbare Rs 500 per kg, sheep chilli Rs 80 per kg, green garlic Rs 200 per kg, green coriander Rs 120 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) Rs 200 per kg. Likewise, garlic (Nepali) has been set at Rs 120 per kg, chipped dried at Rs 120 per kg, green green at Rs 100 per kg, dried fish at Rs 100 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish (left) at Rs 310 per kg and fresh fish (Chhadi) at Rs 280 per kg.
