Kathmandu. China has sentenced two former defense ministers to death on corruption charges. China’s death sentence for former Defense Minister Li Sangfu and Wei is . 

China’s former Defense Minister Li Sangfu has been accused of abusing his position, violating party discipline and laws , and accepting and administering large amounts of bribes.He was abruptly removed from office in October last year following allegations of corruption. 

Former Defense Minister Wei {{} Feng he is also accused of taking bribes. He was convicted of corruption by a Chinese military court.

China is currently sentencing both of them to death.According to the international media , both men will be jailed for the first two years. If both men do not commit any crime during this period, the sentence can be commuted to life imprisonment.
