Kathmandu. CPN-UML lawmaker Ain Mahar has expressed dissatisfaction over the structure and management of thenew parliament building. Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives, Mahar said the incumbent government was in the practice of dismantling most of the programmes, structures and practices of the erstwhile government.
Meanwhile, it has been decided to bring the parliament building into operation, he said, adding that the budget presentation from the new building is positive.
However, the MPs have questioned the structure of the House of Representatives and commented that they did not come to watch the film. He alleged that the seats in the hall were made like movie theaters and the tables were made like classrooms .
‘… This is the hall of the House of Representatives. The MPs have not come to see the film. “The seats have been made like a movie theater,” he said. The tables are made like classrooms. It’s not like a hall like , it’s made into a movie like a movie . ’
Similarly, MP Mahar commented that the structure of the building looks more like a movie than a hall and drew the attention of the government towards this.
