Kathmandu. 44 professors who misused their study leave have returned Rs 110 million. A total of 44 professors who took leave from Tribhuvan University (TU) and did not return to work have returned Rs 110 million from the university. 

Dr. The committee formed under the leadership of Jeevan Kafle had prepared a report on the misuse of leave by 398 professors of TU. 

On the basis of the same report, TU had issued a notice to refund the amount to the professors who misused the study leave.Since then, 44 professors have returned Rs 110 million. 

TU provides paid study leave to produce expert teachers.However, after the increase in the number of people who do not return after the end of the leave, has taken action against those who misuse the TU study leave. Those who do not return the money by misusing the study leave have been requested to come in contact. 

TU is preparing to issue a public notice once again asking those who do not return the money to come in contact and take action if they do not come in contact.
