Kathmandu. Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, boycotted the all-party meeting called by Rabi Lamichhane. 

Sampang has said that he could not attend the meeting called by Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Lamichhane. S ampang said that he could not attend the meeting due to another program. 

Not only Sampang and none of the other lawmakers from the Labour and Culture Party attended the meeting.The all-party meeting has already begun at Singha Durbar.
