Kathmandu. On the occasion of World Environment Day 2026, Kumari Bank Limited planted 300 saplings in Ilam district. The tree plantation program was organized in the tea garden area owned by Ilam municipality in collaboration with Ilam Municipality and Lumbini World Peace Forum through the Bank’s Fikkal branch.
The afforestation program is expected to contribute in the future to protect the natural balance, promote greenery and improve the environment, conserve biodiversity and act responsibly towards climate change.
