Kathmandu. On Thursday, the first day of weekly trading, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index decreased by 1.46 points to close at 2,700.65 points.
A total of 8,138,433 units of shares of 353 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.44 billion were traded. Sopan Pharmaceuticals Ltd was the most traded stock today. The company has a turnover of Rs 37.44 crore.
In today’s market, the investors of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola have made the most profits. The company’s share price has hit a positive circuit.
On the other hand, 8.5% of the investors of Nepal Bank Debentures 2087 have lost the most. The company’s share price fell by more than 3 percent.
