Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: NIC ASIA Bank, as a part of its corporate social responsibility, has provided educational and sports materials to the students of Shree Jananetra Secondary School, situated at Modi Rural Municipality, Deupur, Parbat District, with an aim to facilitate the learning activities and sports activities of the students.

At a function held on June 26 at the school, the bank’s Chief Marketing Officer Dipendra Sharma and Pokhara Circle Head Shweta Sherchan jointly distributed educational materials like bags, pencils, notebooks, pens and sports materials such as football, volleyball, and nets. Badminton, skipping, shot-put-ball, javelin throw and other equipment were handed over to the students.

The program was attended by the school’s teachers, teachers, students and employees on behalf of the bank.

The bank believes that this support will help create a quality learning environment in the school, making it easier for students to study and pursue sports activities.
