Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) central energy department chief and Tanahun constituency-2 lawmaker Shreeram Neupane has said that the Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) has no excuse to fail. Addressing the first convention of the party’s Tanahun district committee on Sunday, he said the party has no excuse to fail as the people have hope and trust on the country’s big force.

Stating that the erstwhile government was ousted due to its own dispute, Neupane said that the present government which is close to two-thirds majority is under threat from other forces. “The number of outsiders is very low and the number of RSP is increasing. Those who have come to the RSP from other parties should give up the schooling of the past. The end of the Rana regime and the monarchy was also due to its own inherent reasons. The old parties are also shattered due to the conflict within their own party. ‘

Stating that it was the need of the hour to move ahead by developing the RSP which was born with the determination to change the country, he stressed the need of consensus and collaboration within the party.

Lawmaker Neupane said that the hope and trust due to which the RSP got around 52 lakh votes should be taken to the destination by moving forward by learning from the past. RSP Gandaki Province Spokesperson Shankar Panta said that the main demand of the party was to strengthen the party’s organization.

On the occasion, founding president of RSP Tanahun Bikash Sigdel, constituency-2 coordinator Sundar Basyal, secretary of Constituency No. 1 Sashi Rupakheti, Byas town president Chudamani Dahal, Shuklagandaki town president Hari Bahadur Khadka, among others pointed out the need of unity and collaboration in the party.
