Kathmandu. All the drivers license (license) have been printed for a long time. The Ministry of Information and Communications has said that the printing of all the licenses that are yet to be printed has been completed.
According to the Ministry, the printing of 27 lakh smart licenses has been completed as per the agreement signed between the Department of Security Printing and the Department of Transport Management.
In the first phase, 1.2 million licenses were printed as per the agreement signed on October 26, 2082 and 1.5 million as per the agreement signed on April 16, 2083.
The Ministry has said that the printing of new licenses will be printed within 24 hours after the printing of old licenses has been completed.According to the Ministry, the smart license is printed and handed over to the department within 24 hours of submitting the revenue by passing the trial.
Along with this, the security printing center is also preparing to produce security printing materials including license, citizenship, national identity card, excise duty sticker, postal stamp and land ownership certificate.
