According to the order issued by the department, the noodles of this batch are of low quality as against Section 16 (a) of the Food Hygiene and Quality Act, 2081.

Similarly, the department has also ordered to ban the sale and distribution of noodles as per the sub-section (4) of Section 38 of the Food Hygiene and Quality Act, 2081.
