Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Price of gold has reached all- time high in the local market on Sunday. On Friday, gold price increased by Rs 1,200 per tola and silver by Rs 40 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold is Rs 28,000 per tola today decreasing by Rs 4,300 per tola.

On Friday, gold was traded at Rs 282,100 per tola and silver at Rs 4,200 per tola.

According to the International Media, gold is being traded at USD 4,031 per ounce and silver at USD 56 per ounce in the international market today.
