Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale price of agricultural products for today.
According to the committee, tomato big (Nepali) at Rs 45 per kg, tomato small (local) at Rs 15 per kg, tomato small (tunnel) at Rs 25 per kg, potato red (long) at Rs 40 per kg, potato red (round) at Rs 35 per kg, potato red (hamlet) at Rs 35 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 30 per kg, white potato at Rs 30 per kg and onion (Indian) at Rs 55 per kg.

Similarly, the price of carrot (local) has been increased at Rs 100 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 60 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 90 per kg, red radish at Rs 30 per kg, white radish (hybrid) at Rs 20 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 20 per kg and brinjal dal at Rs 40 per kg.
According to the committee, maize beans Rs 50 per kg, maize beans Rs 130 per kg, ghee beans (local) Rs 60 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) Rs 60 per kg, ghee beans (rajma) Rs 80 per kg, tata beans Rs 50 per kg, soybean beans Rs 100 per kg, bitter gourd Rs 30 per kg, gourd Rs 40 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 30 per kg.
Parwar (Tarai) has been sold at Rs 30 per kg, Chichindo at Rs 30 per kg, Ghiraula at Rs 40 per kg, Jhiguni at Rs 50 per kg, Farsi Ripe at Rs 60 per kg, Farsi Green (Lamcho) at Rs 50 per kg, Green Farsi (Dallo) at Rs 25 per kg, okra at Rs 30 per kg, Sakharkhanda at Rs 120 per kg, Pindalu at Rs 100 per kg and Iskus at Rs 50 per kg.
The price of mustard has been fixed at Rs 40 per kg, spinach at Rs 60 per kg, Chamsur greens at Rs 60 per kg, mustard greens at Rs 50 per kg, green onion at Rs 150 per kg, mushroom at Rs 250 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 400 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 300 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.
