Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index surged 7.5 points to close at 2,597.80 points on Thursday.

Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall on Thursday. On Thursday, the NEPSE index increased by 7.5 points to close at 2,597.80 points.

A total of 94,69,099 units of shares of 371 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.56 billion were traded. Today, Singati Hydro Energy Limited was the most traded. The company has a turnover of Rs 24.74 crore.

In today’s market, investors of NIBL Growth Fund have made the most profits. The company’s share price has risen by more than 14 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of Corporate Development Bank Limited have lost the most. The company’s share price fell by more than 8 percent.
