Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale price of agricultural products for Sunday.

According to the committee, tomato big (Nepali) at Rs 45 per kg, tomato small (local) at Rs 15 per kg, tomato small (tunnel) at Rs 32 per kg, potato red (long) at Rs 48 per kg, potato red (round) at Rs 46 per kg, potato red (India) at Rs 46 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 36 per kg, white potato at Rs 38 per kg and onion (Indian) at Rs 57 per kg.

Similarly, the price of carrot (local), carrot (Terai) at Rs 90 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 35 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 90 per kg, white radish (hybrid) at Rs 25 per kg, red radish at Rs 35 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 60 per kg and brinjal pulo at Rs 50 per kg.

According to the committee, beans are sold at Rs 90 per kg, maize beans at Rs 60 per kg, ghee beans (local) at Rs 120 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) at Rs 110 per kg, ghee beans at Rs 110 per kg, tata beans at Rs 70 per kg, soybeans at Rs 120 per kg, bitter gourd at Rs 40 per kg, gourd at Rs 60 per kg, parwar (local) at Rs 50 per kg, parwar (local) at Rs 50 per kg. The price of chichindo has been increased to Rs 30 per kg, ghiraula at Rs 60 per kg, jhiguni at Rs 70 per kg, Persian green (lamcho) at Rs 90 per kg, green farsi (dallo) at Rs 50 per kg, okra at Rs 50 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 120 per kg and pindalu at Rs 100 per kg.

Likewise, mustard has been fixed at Rs 110 per kg, onion at Rs 100 per kg, mushroom at Rs 260 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 450 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 300 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.

Likewise, the price of cucumber has been fixed at Rs 400 per kg, niguro at Rs 100 per kg, broccoli at Rs 120, beetroot at Rs 60 per kg, red cabbage at Rs 40 per kg, cumin greens at Rs 100 per kg, celery at Rs 200 per kg, parsley at Rs 500 per kg, mint at Rs 300 per kg, ganteradish at Rs 90 per kg, tamarind at Rs 180 per kg, copper at Rs 160 per kg, tofu at Rs 160 per kg and gundruk at Rs 350 per kg.

Apple (Fuji) Rs 300 per kg, banana (Nepali) Rs 250, banana (Nepali) Rs 250, banana (Malbhog) Rs 200, lemon Rs 180 per kg, pomegranate Rs 500 per kg, mango (Maldaha) Rs 160 per kg, mango (Dussehra) Rs 170 per kg, watermelon (green) Rs 70 per kg, junar Rs 300 per kg, pineapple Rs 200 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 80 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 25 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 70 per kg. Likewise, jackfruit has been fixed at Rs 50 per kg, pineapple (local) at Rs 110 per kg, papaya (Nepali) at Rs 90 per kg, Indian papaya at Rs 120 per kg, coconut (raw) at Rs 80 per kg and coconut (green) at Rs 170 per kg.

Likewise, ginger has been fixed at Rs 230 per kg, dried chillies at Rs 500 per kg, green garlic at Rs 100 per kg, green coriander Rs 300 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) at Rs 220 per kg, dried garlic (Nepali) at Rs 200 per kg, dried fish at Rs 1,000 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish (leftover) at Rs 300 per kg and fresh fish (stick) at Rs 300 per kg.
