Securities Board of India (SEBON) fined Rs 1.1 crore for violating Securities Board of India (SEBON)

Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has taken action against three broker companies . The board has taken action against three broker companies for violating the provisions related to money laundering .

The Board may be involved in the proceedings of the Board, Cipla Security (Broker Number 20), Krishna Securities (Broker Number 28) and Hatemalo Financial Services (Broker{{TAG_ The CLOSE_span_18} number is 72).

These companies violate Section 7 (a) of Sub-section 4 (d) and Section 7 (c) of the MoneyLaundering Prevention Act, 2064 {{}(a){{} of sub-section 4 {{}(d){{} and Section 7 {{}(c){{}TAG_ The board said that action was taken after CLOSE_span_11}. 

According to the Board, the bank has imposed a fine of Rs 30 lakh each on Krishna Securities and Rs 30 lakh each to Krishna Securities and to and to Cipla and .According to the Board, action has been taken against all three brokers under the Money Laundering Prevention Act.
