Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) President Gagan Kumar Thapa has expressed dissatisfaction over the government’s working style during its 100-day tenure. Speaking at the ‘100 days and 100-point programme of the government’ organized by the Nepali Congress here today, Thapa accused the incumbent government of giving more importance to ‘like‘ than ‘life’ in 100 days.

‘The current government is more important than life in 100 days. When the government is thinking about making decisions, it does not think about what difference it will make to any person’s life. I wondered how many likes it would add. “It was a matter of concern for us,” he said. ’

Thapa said that although it is important for the government to give results, it should not violate the legal process and procedure. He also urged the government to work as per the law, saying the Nepali Congress would support the Commission for Investigation on Property.

‘We are in the process of submitting the details to the Property Investigation Commission. “But our request to the government is that it should move ahead by fulfilling the process stipulated by the law,” he said. Such decisions should not be made on the basis of executive orders. ’
