Kathmandu. Police have arrested 7 persons on the charge of stealing and selling petroleum products from a tanker carrying petroleum products. Police have arrested seven persons on the charge of stealing oil from a tanker at Birgunj Metropolitan City-14 in Parsa district. 

The arrestees have been identified as 5 5-year-old Sun ain Miya, 23-year-old Aslam and 23-year-old Rafiq Miya, 21-year-old Rafiq Miya , driver of the tanker (Na.7 and assistant driver Sandesh Rana Magar, 20, of the tanker.The deceased have been identified as 50-year-old Manda Singh Lama and 27-year-old Umesh Rana Magar of the tanker.

Police said that they were arrested from Saudagar Oil Center at Saudagar Oil Center (Birgunj-14 using an iron pipe hook } to steal oil from Saudagar Oil Center, Birgunj-1 4. 

Police said further investigation is underway against seven persons who have been arrested on the charge of stealing petroleum products from the tanker.Police have arrested the tanker involved in the incident.
