Kathmandu. Action will be taken against those who try to acquire the land by showing false details. The Land Problems Resolution Committee under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and General Administration issued a notice giving this information. 

According to the notice of the committee, action will be taken against those providing land to landless squatters and submitting false details or records in the management process of settlements. 

The committee has warned that the greed of getting land in the process will not give the real details, give false details or submit fake records, and if the facts are proved, action will be taken against those who do such acts. 

According to the committee, such acts will be criminal as per the Land Related Act, 2021.According to the committee, action will be taken against those who commit such acts as per Section 52 (d) of the same Act.
