Kathmandu. The Prime Minister’s Office has directed all helicopter companies to be ready. The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has ordered all helicopters to be on standby following the massive flooding in the Bhotekoshi River.
According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, helicopter companies have been directed to be ready for rescue and relief work in the wake of the sudden floods in the Bhotekoshi River and the helicopter company.
At around 9 am on Wednesday, there was a huge flood in Bhotekoshi at around9 am.The flood has swept away the settlements around the river and other details of damage are awaited.
The floods in the Bhotekoshi River have now moved towards Dhading, Gorkha and Chitwan via Nuwakot.The administration and police have also urged the people living in the river area to go to a safe place and stay alert.
