Court remands Bhatta, Agrawal to judicial custody

Kathmandu. The court has remanded businessman Deepak Bhatta and Shulabh Agrawal to judicial custody. The Special Court has ordered the remand of Bhatt and Agrawal, who have been accused of money la undering, to judicial custody. 

The two detainees were produced before the Special Court for detention arguments in the second case. 

A divisionbench of Special Court Chairman Basudev Acharya and member Hemanta Rawal sent them to judicial custody after the statement of Deepak Bhatt and ShulabhAgra wal and Sukhlav}.

The Special Court had ordered the release of former Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel, who was arrested in the same case, on general date.
