Kathmandu. More than half a dozen hydropower companies have been damaged due to the floods in the Bhotekoshi river, and its impact has been seen in the stock market as well. The share prices of most hydropower companies fell on Wednesday.

The Rasuwagadhi Hydropower, which was directly affected by the floods, has been hit by a negative circuit. Similarly, the share price of Mailung Khola Hydropower Company has also suffered a negative circuit.

As of the time of filing this report, the share price of Chilime Hydropower has decreased by 13.18 and Trishuli Hydropower Company has also decreased by 13.15.
