Kathmandu. IME Life Insurance Company Limited has honored its outstanding agents by organizing the IME Life Business Excellence Award Night 2026. More than 350 agents participated in the program organized at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu on Friday.

According to the company, the program has been organized with the aim of honoring the contribution of the agents and motivating them further. The company has been regularly conducting such programs for the capacity building, business efficiency development and encouragement of agents.

Hemraj Dhakal, Managing Director of IME Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IME Group, Dr. Ram Hari Aryal, Directors, senior management and other officials were present on the occasion.

On the occasion, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company Khilendra Poudel said that the agents’ hard work and effective use of technology was the main basis for the progress of the company.

Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director of IME Group Hemraj Dhakal said that IME Life has been making significant strides in the last eight years and IME Life has been continuously striving in the expansion of technology-friendly services.

Similarly, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Stressing that insurance agents should play the role of advisors rather than salesmen, the company will continue to provide additional training and facilitation to enhance their professional capacity.

Chief Executive Officer Pawan Khadka said that agents have played a major role in the remarkable business success achieved by the company in the fiscal year 2082/83.

In the program, the best agents in various categories including the best business in the fiscal year 2082/83, the highest number of insurance policies were issued.
