Kathmandu. Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pushpa Raj Bhattarai has been arrested. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the Nepal Police arrested Bhattarai } (CIB). 

He was arrested on the charge of issuing a travel permit in the name of Tibetan refugees, according to the CIB. 

According to CIB sources, the District Government Attorney’s Office, Kathmandu has filed a case against Bhattarai in connection with the passport offense.An arrest warrant was issued against him by the court after he failed to appear during the filing of the case.
