Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index surged 7.17 points to close at 2,629.40 points on Thursday.

Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall on Thursday. On Thursday, the NEPSE index increased by 7.17 points to close at 2,629.40 points.

A total of 95,766 units of shares of 345 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.4 billion were traded. Agriculture bonds (9 years) have been traded the most traded today. The company has a turnover of Rs 50.65 crore.

In today’s market, the investors of Mount Everest Power Development have made the most profits. The company’s share price has risen by more than 14 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of Kumari Dhanvriddhi Yojana have lost the most. The company’s share price fell by more than 9 percent.
