Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall on Thursday. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index increased by 0.79 points to close at 2,641.85 points.

A total of 9,534,221 units of shares of 340 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.11 billion were traded. Solu Hydropower Ltd has recorded the highest turnover today. The company has a turnover of Rs 44.87 crore.

In today’s market, the investors of Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Company Limited have made the highest profit. The company’s share price has risen by more than 14 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited suffered the most. The company’s share price has fallen by more than 14 percent.
