Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited has increased its net profit.According to the bank’s unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year , the bank’s net profit increased by 82.96 percent to . The bank has earned a net profit of Rs 1.18 billion in the review period. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 64.56 crore in the same period last year.
In the review period, the bank’s net interest income increased from Rs 2.64 billion to Rs 2.82 billion. Similarly, the bank’s impermanence charge has decreased from Rs 95.04 crore to Rs 20.79 crore. The bank’s profit has increased due to the reduction in impairment charges.
According to the financial report released by the bank, the operating profit of the bank increased to Rs 1.73 billion in the review period. In the previous fiscal year, such profit was Rs 91.11 crore.
Similarly, the total distributable profit of the bank stood at Rs 84.64 crore in the review period. The bank’s paid-up capital has reached Rs 5.02 billion and reserve fund has reached Rs 2.98 billion.
The bank’s earnings per share (EPS) increased by Rs 10.28 to Rs 23.52 per share. Similarly, the bank has net worth per share of Rs 159.48 and P/E ratio of 17.64 times.
