Kathmandu. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has asked Prime Minister Balendra Shah to come to the parliament and speak in the parliament . The Speaker made this ruling as soon as the meeting of the House of Representatives began . 

Speaker Aryal has given a ruling in order to respond to the questions raised by the lawmakers in accordance with Rules 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60 of the House of Representatives Regulations. 

Lawmakers of the opposition parties have been protesting saying that the Prime Minister should be present in the parliament and answer the questions raised by the lawmakers.  On Monday, the Speaker appeared in the parliament and asked the Prime Minister to reply to the Prime Minister.
