Kathmandu. At the Civil Service Hospital in New Baneshwor, there is a long queue of patients since early morning to get the OPD ticket.
From around 5 am, a crowd of patients and their relatives can be seen coming to the hospital premises to buy OPD tickets. Service recipients who come to get OPD service say that they have to wait for hours to buy tickets.
Service recipients have complained that there is a need to improve ticket management and service delivery despite the increase in the number of patients.
