Kathmandu. Tata Motors’ new electric compact SUV ‘Tata Punch. ev’ has been launched in a grand manner from all authorized showrooms across Nepal. Officially launched at the ongoing Naima Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 in Kathmandu, the vehicle is now available for sale through Tata Motors authorized dealers across the country.
According to Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of TATA Motors in Nepal, the new Pancha EV was launched by Alaska Automobiles of Birtamode, Goyal Auto of Biratnagar and Itahari, Girija Automobiles and Raj Auto of Madhes Province, Deep Motors of Pokhara, Safal Motors of Narayangadh, Ambu Marketing of Bhairahawa, Safal Auto International of Butwal, Rudrapriya International of Nepalgunj and Cars Trading Concern of Dhangadhi.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Sawant Jung Sijapati, Head of Passenger Vehicle Business Unit of SIPRADI, said, “There is a lot of excitement about the new Punch EV in the Nepali market. Stating that the initial booking is encouraging, he said that all the vehicles booked will be handed over to the customers within a few days.
The company has set the starting price of the new Punch EV at Rs 33.99 lakh. However, the customers who have booked during the Naima Mobility Expo 2026 will be able to buy the vehicle at Rs. 32,99,000 under the special offer.
The company is also providing 11 years or 220,000 km extended warranty for customers who book during the Expo period.
The all-new Tata Punch EV is expected to create significant competition in the electric vehicle market in Nepal.
