Employees of Manakamana Cable Car extend support to Bhotekoshi flood victims

Kathmandu. All the employees of Manakamana Cable Car have provided financial support to help in the rescue, relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the floods in the Bhotekoshi area.

The employees have contributed an amount equivalent to their two days’ salary. The total amount collected by the employees is Rs. 3,11,222 has been deposited in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund.

The amount has been deposited in the account of the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund located at the New Baneshwor branch of Everest Bank Limited. The employees have contributed the amount from their salaries to help in relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the natural disaster.

Manakamana Cable Car has said that humanitarian assistance and cooperation is needed from all sectors to help the affected citizens during the disaster. The company believes that this contribution of the employees will help in the relief and rehabilitation work of the flood victims.
