Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank will acquire two companies at the same time. Muktinath Bikas Bank will acquire Sindhu Bikas Bank and Janaki Finance.

Muktinath BikasBank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sindhu Development Bank and Janaki Finance (Acquisition). Also, the trading of the shares of the shareholders of these companies has been suspended.
