Kathmandu. The stock market is preparing to implement Intraday transactions. Intraday Transactions Securities Board of India (SEBI) has issued a concept paper and asked for necessary suggestions.
The Board has proposed to start with ‘Buy First, Sell Letter’ type of transaction in the initial phase and to implement type of transaction {{} and Covered Short Selling only after the infrastructure of Securities Lending and Buy Letter is adequ ately developed.
The Board has prepared and made public the ‘Concept for the Implementation of Inter-Day Trading Intraday Intraday, {{} Trading, {{}, 2083 for the Collection of Suggestions and Advice .
The concept paper proposed by the Board has given first priority to investor protection and has made risk-based regulation, phased implementation, technology-based real-time transactions and monitoring and transparent market operation as the main basis.It has been proposed to expand the scope of trading after the evaluation of the experience and risk of risk by the experience gained in the trial phase and the risk of risk of market abuse.
Similarly, Intraday necessary legal and regulatory provisions, qualified securities criteria, qualified investor arrangements, broker SOP, risk disclosure, Margin/RMS, Surveillance and technical infrastructure and then to implement through testing, pilot and Assessment.
