Kathmandu. Prabhu Chief Executive Officer of the Bank (CEO) has been released on bail.Suman Sharma, who was arrested in the case of approving the loan while he was in the then Sunrise Bank, did not give the loan but auctioned the collateral, has been released on bail of Rs 2 lakh.

A single bench of Parsa District Court Judge Devi Kumari Chaudhary released Sharma on bail of Rs 2 lakh.

Sharma was released on bail as demanded by the court. Sharma, who was absconding after the arrest warrant was issued, surrendered before the police on Tuesday .

Sharma, who was then in police custody, was produced before the court on Tuesday by the police. After the court ordered him to be released on a bail of Rs 2 lakh, he was released on bail as per the same order. With this, he will now be able to fight the case outside the jail.
