Kathmandu. The court has ordered the release of Durga Prasain on bail. The Kathmandu District Court has ordered Prasain to be released on a bail of Rs 2 lakh.

A single bench of Judge Umesh Luitel ordered Prasain to be released on bail.

Prasai was arrested on September 29. He was arrested following a complaint filed by lawmaker Rachana Khadka for making objectionable statements.
