Kathmandu. The police also seized a vehicle used by the smugglers in the case of smuggling more than 21 kg of gold. A team from the Valley Crime Investigation Office has recovered a vehicle BYD used by the smugglers involved in gold smuggling.

Police also confiscated two gold biscuits from the vehicle BYD.

The police investigation revealed that the vehicle was being rented and used by the smuggling group.The police raided a two-storey house in Budhanilkantha and arrested 3 Chinese nationals with 21 kg 750 grams of gold .

Further investigation into the gold smuggling case is underway and they will inform about it through a press conference, police said.
