Kathmandu. The interview of 4 people who were shortlisted for the Chief Executive Officerof Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has been completed. The interviews of Pratap Subedi, Anil Raj Poudel, Nawaraj Sapkota and Narayan Prasad Sapkota, who were shortlisted, have concluded.

Even after the interview is over, the names of 3 out of the 4 candidates in the cabinet will be recommended and the new CEO will be appointed only after Dashain.

The selection and recommendation committee formed for the selection of the CEO of Nepse will recommend the names of the last 3 people to the Council of Ministers. Out of these 3 people, the Council of Ministers will appoint 1 person as the CEO of Nepse.

However, the recommendation and appointment of a new CEO of NEPSE will be made after Dashain. The committee will recommend the names of the top 3 candidates by adding the candidate’s educational qualifications, professional work plan and interview scores .
