Kathmandu. Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited has decided to pay a dividend. The company has decided to pay a dividend of Rs 18.00 crore to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. 9474.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 7 has decided to distribute 18% bonus shares and 0.9474% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.

The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next annual general meeting of the company. The paid-up capital will increase after the company distributes bonus shares. The company will take the proposal to the upcoming general meeting to approve the proposed dividend.
