Kathmandu. The eighth annual general meeting of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has been concluded. The meeting was held on October 23 at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battispuli, Kathmandu in the enthusiastic presence of the shareholders.

The AGM was chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mahesh Prasad Dahal and was attended by the members of the Board of Directors of the Bank including Bandhu Prasad Bastola, Surendra Raj Regmi, Dipak Kumar Agrawal, Bishal Upreti, Dr. Manish Thapa and Anita Rayamajhi, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Krishna Bahadur Adhikari and shareholders and concerned officials of the bank.

Mr. Mahesh Prasad Dahal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, briefed the shareholders about the achievements made by the bank during the review period, plans and targets for the current fiscal year and future strategy.

The AGM unanimously approved the proposal of 5.2632% cash dividend on the bank’s paid-up capital.
