Kathmandu. NMB The bank has declared a dividend of . Bank has announced a cash dividend of 7% to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on October 4, 2019 has decided to distribute the dividend to the shareholders of the bank in the amount of (tax ).

Similarly , the bank has also announced to distribute cash dividend at the rate of NMB Non-redeemable unreserved preferenceshares.

The dividend will be distributed after the ensuing Annual General Meeting ( of the Bank approved by the Bank and approved by the Bank .
