The case has been filed against Kedar Singh, deputy manager of Sunrise Bank Kedar Singh, senior officer Subodh Joshi and deputy manager of loan administration Rabindra KC. The charge sheet states that the loan of Rs. 3,89, 99,94,000 was approved from the then Sunrise Bank but the loan was not received even after auctioning thecollateral.
Rabindra Dhakal, information officer of the bank, said that he was not aware of the issue.
