Two arrested with 63 mobile phones with iPhone without invoice

Kathmandu. Two people have been arrested with 63 mobile phones kept for sale without invoice. According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, police arrested Dipak Prasai from Hakimchowk in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10 on the basis of information that mobile phones were being sold without invoice.

Police confiscated 58 sets of Apple iPhones, four Samsung, two Redmi, one Apple iPad and one Vivo mobile from Deepak Mobile, 41, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Chandra Bhusan Yadav.

Similarly, the police have arrested 28-year-old Umananda Bhusal on the basis of information that a mobile phone was being transported without invoice in Ramnagar area of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-1. He said that five Samsung mobile phones were seized from him.

He informed that the arrested persons along with the mobile phones recovered from both the arrested persons have been sent to the Customs Office in Birgunj, Parsa for necessary legal action. They were arrested on October 18.
