Kathmandu. Kaski police have arrested 30-year-old Kedar Pariyar, who escaped from Rautahat jail during the agitation onSeptember 10, 2018. 

Inspector Ganesh Pandey of the District Police Office, Pokhara, informed that Pariyar, who was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment by the Rautahat District Court, was arrested from Prithvi Chowk of Pokhara and handed over to the Kaski Prison Office.

The investigation revealed that Pariyar of Dumadiya Rural Municipality-10 of Rautahat is yet to serve 18 years and four months of imprisonment.A police team deputed from Ward Police Office, Baidam, Pokhara arrested Pariyar.
