Kathmandu. The traffic police are becoming ruthless against those who violate the rule . The Traffic Police has recommended the suspension of driving licenses of 31 drivers (license) for violating traffic rules.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Nawaraj Adhikari said that they have sent to the Transport Office for suspension of the license of 31 people.
According to the official, The license of those driving the vehicle for 15/20 times by consuming drugs (lapse) and drunk (intoxication) has been sent for suspension.
Similarly, 37 traffic offices that were destroyed in the Gen-G agitation have been constructed and the traffic police have been strengthened and the action process has been strengthened, the official said.Superintendent of Police (SP) Naresh Raj Subedi said that traffic police is mobilized for 24 hours a day to manage the increasing population and traffic pressure in the Kathmandu Valley.
