Kathmandu. On Thursday, the first day of weekly trading, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index decreased by 20.27 points to close at 2,735.14 points.
A total of 9,236,677 units of shares of 356 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.08 billion were traded. Today, Central Finance Limited has done the most transaction. The company has a turnover of Rs 20.46 crore.
In today’s market, the investors of Kalinchowk Hydropower have made the most profit. The company’s share price has risen by more than 14 percent.
On the other hand, the investors of Upkar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited suffered the most. The company’s share price has fallen by more than 7 percent.
