Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank’s profit has improved attractively.According to the bank’s unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2082/83 published by the bank , the bank’s net profit has increased by 33.51.
During the period, the bank earned a net profit of Rs. 89..41 crores. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 66.9 7 crore in the corresponding period of the previous FY.
The bank’ s net interest income increased to Rs 2.41 billion from Rs 2.31 billion in the review period.The total operating income of the bank has increased from Rs 2.70 billion to Rs 2.85 billion.
Similarly, the bank’s operating profit increased from Rs. 1.04 billion to Rs. 1.38 billion in thereview period.During this period, the bank’s non-performing loan ( has reached 3.77 percent. During this period, the bank’s earnings per share (EPS) increased by Rs 3 to Rs 22.75.
