Miteri Development Bank’s Profit Rises 8.98%

Kathmandu. The net profit of Miteri Development Bank has increased. According to the company’s unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter of the last FY, the bank’s net profit increased by 8.98 percent.

The bank earned a net profit of Rs 14.12 crore in the review period. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 12.95 crore in the same quarter last year.

In the fourth quarter of the last FY, the bank’s net interest income increased by 50.30 percent to Rs 30.74 crore from Rs 20.45 crore and operating profit also increased to Rs 20.17 crore from Rs 18.57 crore.

Similarly, the distributable profit of the bank has reached Rs 15.48 crore in the review period. The EPS per share of the bank has also increased from Rs 10.65 to Rs 11.60. During this period, the net worth per share of the bank has increased to Rs 143.20.
