Police find lost cash and gold worth Rs 51 crore belonging to Agriculture Development Bank

Kathmandu. The vault of the Agricultural Development Bank has been found. The vault of the Trishuli branch of the bank has been found in the flooded Bhotekoshi on August 26.

Nepal Police confirmed that two vaults were found from the bank‘s branch in course of rescue, relief and search for the flood-affected people.

According to the police, the vaults found contained Rs 1.5 crore in cash and gold and important documents worth Rs 50 crore. According to the police, the vaults have been shifted to a safer place.

After about 8 hours of effort, the Vault of the bank was safely removed, according to the police. The police are also searching for the vaults that were missing from the branches of other banks.
